In many cases, shuttles bear a stylized flower on both sides, a distinctive symbol of the service.
We advise you to reach the meeting point indicated in your reservation and pay attention to the identifying logos to easily locate your bus.

Why is it important to be reachable at the cell phone number given in the booking process?
We ask that you be contactable on your cell phone, especially immediately after your flight lands, for any urgent communications from Livigno Express staff. In some cases, when all passengers are already present, it is possible to anticipate the bus departure.
Being contactable allows us to better coordinate service and ensure a more efficient experience for you.
If I miss the Livigno Express bus, can I catch the next one?
The Livigno Express ticket is valid only for the time selected during online booking.
You are not guaranteed access on an earlier or later ride. However, on the day of your trip you can show up at the bus stop and ask the operators if there are seats available on the next bus.Access on board is allowed only with prior permission and after all booked passengers have taken their seats. We advise you to arrive at the bus stop on time to avoid inconvenience and to contact assistance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
What happens if my flight is delayed or lands after the bus departure time?
Livigno Express is a public service with fixed schedules and cannot wait in case of flight delays.
We always encourage you to choose a departure time that is compatible with your flight’s arrival and to arrive at the stop at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you have already purchased a ticket and your flight is delayed:

Stay contactable at the cell phone number entered during booking.

The bus will not be allowed to wait beyond the scheduled time.

In case of non-attendance, the ticket will not be refundable.
To avoid inconveniences, we always recommend considering a wide margin between the landing time and the bus departure time.
Is it possible to request a refund for the Livigno Express ticket?
The Livigno Express ticket is non-refundable after purchase, as stated in the conditions of travel accepted at the time of booking. However, it is possible to change the date or time of the transfer up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. If a passenger is absent, cancelled, or delayed, the ticket is considered used and does not entitle the passenger to a refund.
